India-Algeria sign pact to collaborate in energy, news
New Delhi, Oct 10: In a bid to give new impetus to bilateral cooperation and trade, India and Algeria today signed minutes of their joint commission, which provides for setting up of joint ventures in energy and exchange of news.

bilateral cooperation and trade, India and Algeria today
signed minutes of their joint commission, which provides for
setting up of joint ventures in energy and exchange of news.
The minutes were signed by the Minister of State for
Commerce S B Mukherjee and Algerian Transport Minister
Abdelmalek Sellal, at the conclusion of the 3-day session of
the joint commission.
Along with the minutes, a Memorandum of Understanding for
exchange of news was signed by Press Trust of India (PTI) and
Algerian Press Agency (APS).
PTI''s Editor-In-Chief and General Manager, M K Razdan,
and APS Director General, Nacer Mehal, signed the MoU.
