Hyderabad, Oct 28: Naxalites of the outlawed People's War Group (PWG) today looted Rs. 14 lakh from an Andhra Bank branch in Mehboobnagar district. According to police here, a five-member gang of extremists barged into the bank's branch at Pentlavalli village and took away the cash at gun point. The bank staff could offer no resistance to the armed raiders, police said. Meanwhile, police parties, on a routine combing operation in the forest area under Kollapur Mandal, has been asked to rush to the village and launch a manhunt to nab the Naxalites.
