Nasik, Sept 24: Two persons have been arrested and a large quantity of explosives including detonators worth Rs 42,000 seized from them near village Deshmane in the district, police here. A patrolling squad after raiding an illegal liquor den at Mukhed was returning to Yeola when they saw two youths riding A bike without a number plate yesterday. The duo was intercepted by the police who found them carrying explosives, they said. The youths, hailing from Gangapur of Aurangabad district, told police that explosives were being carried for the purpose of digging a well. Police are investigating. Bureau Report
