Bhopal, May 12: Madhya Pradesh BJP unit today criticised Chief Minister Digvijay Singh for making "flippant" remarks on its leader Uma Bharti and party's former general secretary Govindacharya. President Kailash Joshi said here that the remarks made by Singh was not in keeping with the dignity of the office he holded.

If the BJP wanted, its leaders could also make such flippant remarks about Singh and some of his ministers, Joshi said. Joshi said Bharti had gone along with her family members to Kedarnath and it was just a coincidence that Govindacharya also happened to be there.
