Aurangabad, Aug 25: Senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde was today unanimously elected as the new president of party's Maharashtra unit. An announcement to this effect was made by party general secretary Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi who supervised the election process, on the opening day of the two-day party conclave here.
Naqvi said since Munde was the only nominee he was declared as the unanimous choice for the post.
