Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh is due in Egypt on Friday for a two-day visit and talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, the state-run MENA news agency reported on Thursday.
Saleh, who is scheduled to arrive in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, is visiting Egypt after having led the Yemeni delegation to an Arab summit in Beirut, it said.
Mubarak stayed away from the two-day summit, which endorsed Thursday a Saudi initiative for peace with Israel. Bureau Report
