Bangalore, July 04: The slew of bills in the US to restrict outsourcing to India and to tighten visa norms for techies shows no sign of abating.
At the same time, the Indian IT industry is getting a bit weary of being put on the defensive by the impression being created in the US that it is harming the very fabric of American society by taking away their jobs. To tackle the tsunami created by the confluence of these factors, for the very first time, the government, IT industry and trade/business bodies have decided to act in concert to strongly put across the Indian viewpoint.
