Former Haryana Congress minister Anand Singh Dangi has been declared a proclaimed offender by a special court in connection with a land scam case registered against him by the State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala.

Dangi has been declared a proclaimed offender by a special court in connection with a land scam case registered against him by the State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala.
According to an official release in Chandigarh on Thursday, the court of special judge, Ambala, declared Dangi a proclaimed offender, vide his order issued on October 3 in a case registered on July 8 this year.
The special judge, issued a proclamation to this effect against Dangi, and said that the warrant of arrest issued against the former minister could not be found whereas it had been shown to his satisfaction that the said accused had absconded or hid himself to avoid service of the arrest warrant.
