The three Hinduja brothers arrived in India on Thursday, a day before their appearance in the designated CBI court in connection with the Rs 64 crore Bofors payoff.
Two of the three - London-based G P Hinduja and Geneva-based P P Hinduja, arrived in Mumbai and the group chairman S P Hinduja arrived in Delhi from London.
Their counsel Ujjawal Rana said all the three will appear before Special Judge Ajit Bharihoke on Friday.
Rana said they have come despite not receiving the summons issued by the Court after taking cognisance of the chargesheet filed against them. Decks were cleared on January 10 for appearance of the Hinduja brothers before the court in the Bofors payoffs case when CBI said it had asked the immigration authorities not to detain or arrest them on their arrival in India.
