Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is to undergo another surgery, this time on his right knee. It has been confirmed that after six-eight months, the PM will go ahead with a knee joint replacement surgery on his right knee. Dr Chitranjan Ranawat, who successfully conducted a surgery on his left knee had indicated on Tuesday that the PM may take such a decision. The condition of the Prime Minister’s right knee is not as bad as his left joint. Meanwhile, Dr Ranawat has said that the PM’s recovery is satisfactory and that he should be able to walk with a cane within 10 days. Bureau Report
