NEW DELHI: A badly charred body that was found inside a car late night on Saturday, has been identified. The car which caught fire was associated with Ola cab service.

It was reportedly parked in a deserted place in Haryana's Badshahpur. 


Initially, it was difficult to identify to if the deceased was a male or female.  The body was found in the passenger seat of the car and was of the driver.


Police investigation revealed that the car was parked at the spot for nearly an hour since midnight on Saturday and the headlights were also on.


The car reportedly caught fire at around 1.30 am and the person who was sitting in the driver seat fled. It is yet to ascertain whether the fire broke accidentally.
