Researchers reveal that "10 kg of fat turns into 8.4 kg of CO2 and 1.6 kg of water", the report explains. We also release the water as bodily fluids like urine, tears and sweat.
However, it is entirely up to us to convert fat into carbon dioxide by exercising and eating right in order to get rid of it.
The study was published in the British Medical Journal.
