This is because Muhammad Hussain Baksh suffers from a rare condition called hydrocephalus, which causes build-up of fluid inside his skull and can be deadly.

The condition caused the back of his head to grow at an abnormal rate, protruding outwards into a ball-like lump.

According to a report in Daily Mail, he recently went through a life saving surgery where surgeons drained over one litre of fluid from his skull, successfully removing the growth and restoring it back to a normal size.

His parents Muhammad Usman, 34, and Gulab Jan, 32, are pleased that their child can lead a normal life.

The baby's mother said that he could not sleep properly because of the extra mass of head on his neck.

Muhammad Hussain Baksh was admitted to the Liaquat National Hospital in Pakistan for the procedure on June 1, 2017, as per reports.

He was discharged from the hospital within 24 hours after the surgery as he responded well to the treatment.
