Our skin gets easily damaged during this season because of heat, sweat and high humidity levels. And also tends to get sun burns and also becomes dry due to overexposure to the sun.

Here are some simple tips you can do to beat the summer acne:

Avoid acnegenic foods

One should avoid foods like ice creams, chocolates, cakes, and pizzas if you want to take control over your acne say no to sugars and refined flour. These foods can increase the acne.

Eat fibre-rich diet

Start eating a fibre-rich diet such as citrus fruits, melons and sprouts work wonders for your gut. A properly functioning excretory system prevents constipation and results in a clean, clear face.

Watch that cleansing routine

Wash your face at least twice a day because during summers, a lot of dirt and oil gets accumulated on the face. Use a good exfoliant once a week to shed off dead skin and clean your pores gently.
