New Delhi: One should not consume too much of sugar as it is considered not good for health and can lead to diseases like hypertension, depression, obesity and fatigue. But do you get to know if you are consuming too much sugar? Well, many of us are not aware that we are having excessive sugar in our diet.


So, here are some signs that shows that we are addicted to sugar:


Unwanted food cravings


If your cravings for refined and junk foods has increased then it is a sign that you are addicted to sugar.


Lethargy


If you feeling too lazy to move, then you are having excessive sugar in your diet. Sugar gets converted to fat in your body that makes you extremely lazy.


ADHD


Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can also be a sign that you are consuming too much of sugar.


Craving for dessert


If you always craved for a sweet treat after a meal, then it is a sign that you are addicted to sugar.
