New Delhi: Do you have the habit of biting your nails? Well, some of us have got this terrible habit and it not only damages the nails but teeth as well.


Here are some ways of getting rid of this horrible habit:


  • Cut your nails regularly and keep them short to avoid biting them.
  • Try to get a manicure often so you won't have to bite those pretty nails.
  • Include lots of milk products in your diet as calcium deficiency is one of the reasons of biting your nails.
  • Distract yourself and do something when you have the urge to bite your nails.
  • You can also get rid of the habit by wearing a wrist band and keep snapping it each time you try to bite your nails.
