A man was killed and another injured in two incidents of firing carried out by three people in separate areas of northeast Delhi in a span of 10 minutes during the early hours of Sunday.

Addressing a press conference here, Bharadwaj said the BJP thinks it has no responsibility as far as Delhi's law and order is concerned. "That is why we do not see any statement by any of their leaders or the LG (lieutenant governor) on such incidents." "The BJP thinks that they have no responsibility of law and order in Delhi. The people of the city give them seven MPs, but still they don't issue any statement regarding such incidents or any plan to improve law and order," he said.

The common people and businessmen are living in fear in the national capital, the minister added.
