The Gulabgarh (ST) seat in the Jammu region achieved the highest overall voting percentage at 53.94, followed closely by Poonch Haveli at 51.57, as per EC data. Among the 15 assembly segments in the Kashmir Valley, Khansahib recorded the highest voting percentage at 45.44, with Kangan (ST) at 45 percent and Chrar-i-Sharief at 44.26 percent.


The lowest voter turnout was noted in the Habbakadal constituency, which registered just 11.14 percent by 1 PM. Voting is expected to conclude at 6 PM.
