Nitish Kumar wins floor test in Bihar Assembly, gets 131 votes in favour - Here`s is how it happened

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday comfortably won the floor test in the Bihar Assembly. At least 131 MLAs voted in favour of the confidence motion put forward by the Bihar CM, while 108 MLAs voted against it. The floor tests proceedings began on a stormy note with Tejashwi Yadav of RJD leading the charge against Nitish Kumar and blaming him for dumping the `Grand Alliance` for political gain.

    "The RJD and Congress have already lost their plot. The plank of corruption-free government, on which Nitish Kumar was fighting, has been won. Lalu Prasad Yadav, who stands for corruption, has been vindicated," he added.
