Ranchi: A special CBI court in Ranchi will on Friday deliver the verdict in the fourth case related to multi-million rupees fodder scam involving former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and several others.
The special CBI court had on Thursday deferred the judgement in the case.
The court took on record Lalu’s petition seeking issuing of summons to the then Accountant General as accused and listed it for the verdict on Friday.
"We filed a petition on Monday asking the Attorney General office officials to be made accused in the case too. Both parties argued in the Court. The order has been reserved and it will be pronounced tomorrow. After that the date of judgement will be fixed," Lalu Yadav's lawyer Prabhat Kumar said.
