  • The price of Surface Book starts at $1,499 and is available on Oct 26 with pre-orders staring tomorrow (Oct 7) itself.

    Panay says the Microsoft Surface Book is now the thinnest most powerful PC ever created.

    It weighs 1.6 lbs and is 7.7mm thicks. It uses an Nvidia GeForce GPU which is extremely fast.

    It's comes with a 13.5-inch display, 6M pixels, 267 PPI and is optically bonded. It has the same Gorilla Glass with Surface Pro 4 and has 12 hours of battery life.

    Panay compares it to MacBook Pro and says the Surface Book two times faster than the Apple product.
     

  • The Surface Pro 4 is 30 percent faster than Pro 3 and 50 percent faster than the MacBook Air, Panay says.

    The Surface Pro 4 comes in five colour options and is available for preorder starting October 7. Priced at USD 899, it will be available in the market from October 26.

    It has up to 1TB of storage and up to 16GB of RAM.
     

  • Panay unveils the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and says it's the thinnest core PC ever shipped. With the new Microsoft Surface Pro 4, the company has moved on to sixth-gen Intel chips which is 50 percent faster than Macbook Air.

    It comes with a larger screen of 12.3 inches compared to 12 inches of Pro 3 but the size of the device remains the same by reducing the frame around it.

    The Pro 4 has 5 million pixels, and 267 PPI (pixels per inch) and comes with a 1.1mm backlight unit, a photo-aligned negative LC oxide thingy on it.

    There's a custom chip set that brings it together which Microsoft calls G5 chipset.
     

  • And now, it's time for one of the most awaited products of the night: The Microsoft Surface Pro.

    Composers are writing symphonies on the Surface Pro 3, Panay informs and that is quite interesting info. And engineers are using Surface to make the next Surface, Panay continues.

    We have competitors who are chasing it, Panay says. Apple, are you listening? :) According to him, 98 percent of people who use the Surface Pro 3 recommend it.

     

     

     

  • The Lumia 950 has been priced at $549 while the Lumia 950 XL is $649. Both the Lumia phones will be available in November.
