New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is not just a brilliant actor but also a great singer. The 51-year-old superstar recently recorded his own version of the song 'Dhaakad' from the upcoming film 'Dangal'.

With this track, Mr Perfectionist will be making a singing comeback after 18 years. Yes, you read that right. Aamir took the music lovers by storm with 'Aati Kya Khandala' from 'Ghulam' in 1998.


Aamir has recorded a video for the song, which will be aired for the first time during the Lux Golden Rose Awards, set to be telecast on December 18 on Zee TV, read a statement.


Actor Arjun Kapoor, who will be hosting the event alongside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar, will unveil the video.


Dressed like a rapper, Aamir can be seen talking about women empowerment and introducing Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, who play his on-screen daughters in 'Dangal'.


The Nitesh Tiwari directorial features Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Zaira Wasim in key roles. It is slated to release on December 23 this year.


The flick is based on the real-life story of Haryana-based wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trained his daughters Geeta and Babita to become wrestlers.
