Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has alleged that the central investigative agency raided Kumar's office to subvert a probe, which his government has initiated, into a “DDCA scam".

AAP has claimed that there were alleged irregularities at the Delhi and Districts Cricket Association (DDCA), which was once headed by Jaitley.

Kejriwal claimed that the CBI raid is directed at him. "CBI kept reading DDCA file in my office. They would have seized it. But after my media briefing, they left it,” he said.

Meanwhile, the political temperatures rose a notch higher in the capital on Wednesday after the Congress joined AAP in demanding the finance minister's resignation as finance minister to facilitate a fair probe into the scam.

A two-member commission set up by the Delhi High Court had earlier revealed lack of transparency at DDCA, a TOI report quoted Maken as saying.
