During the march, the CYSS raised the need for quality education, amenities such as safe hostels for students, better transport facilities and technology in the university.

Several AAP volunteers and leaders, wearing CYSS caps and holding the tricolour, participated in the march from Vishwavidyalya Metro Station to the North Campus area, that houses several colleges.

The AAP is gearing for the crucial DUSU polls next month as it will battle it out with BJP's Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and Congress affiliate National Students Union of India (NSUI).
