Hot morning in Delhi

New Delhi: Delhiites today woke up to a hot morning with the minimum temperature settling at 29.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.

Weatherman has forecast partly cloudy skies for the day along with the possibility of light rain accompanied by thundershowers towards the evening or night.

"The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 39 degrees," said a Met official.

The relative humidity was recorded at 54 per cent at 8.30 AM.

Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 39.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was pegged at 26.9 degrees Celsius.
