New Delhi: India's national capital Delhi is under the dreadful curse of air pollution that has been increasing steadily post Diwali.


Hazardous toxins in the air are manipulating the air quality, making it cross safety levels as well as the safety standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO).

As per the Real-time Air Quality Index Visual Map, Delhi's air pollution levels only seem to be rising. Areas in and around Anand Vihar in Delhi recorded the highest levels of pollution at 806 at 8:00 am.


Mandir Marg at 8:00 am has recorded pollution levels at 220, while New Delhi US Embassy was at 256 at 7:00 am and Punjabi Bagh at the same time was at 240.
