Varanasi: As the nation waits with bated breath for the results of the mammoth nine-phased election, Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal will on Friday reach Varanasi constituency, from where he was pitted against BJP`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Kejriwal, who grabbed the world`s attention when he announced his candidature against Modi, will arrive here at 11 am.
Talking to reports in New Delhi earlier today, Kejriwal said he is sure people of Varanasi have voted for truth. The BJP-led NDA coalition is set to return to power in India led by Modi, ending a decade of Congress-led rule, exit polls said after the country`s most bitterly fought General Election ended.
It is to be seen whether the AAP will be able to become the rule-setter in the 2014 elections.
