Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Laloo Prasad Yadav o Saturday said he had nothing to say on the fresh chargesheet filed by the CBI in yet another conspiracy angle case of the fodder scam and the production warrant issued against him and another former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra. I have nothing to say... I will abide by the conditions laid down by the Supreme Court while granting me bail for six months, he told reporters in the court premises when asked to comment on the fresh chargesheet and production warrant issued by the court of CBI designated judge P R Das in Ranchi.
I will comment on the merits and demrits of the case only in the court and I have full faith in judiciary, he said before being escorted to Beur model jail under tight security. The counsels for Yadav said they will move the Ranchi court for bail in this case after going through the judgement of the apex court in another case in which Yadav and Mishra were released on bail for six months.
The case in which CBI has filed a fresh chargesheet relates to fraudulent withdrawal of over rupees 30 crore from the Chaibasa treasury in excess of the budgetary allocation to the animal husbandry department.
