It might have been divine wish and not India which stopped Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf from going to the Garib Nawaaz at his dargah in Ajmer on Monday. This was implied by External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh when he was asked at a press conference in Agra this morning if the Indian government had tried to prevent Musharrafs from going to Ajmer. "Meri kya aukaat ki main unhe (Musharraf) garib nawaaz ke pass jaane se rokun. Kehte hain ki jab tak garib nawaaz ka hukum nahin hoota koi vahan nahin jaa sakta (Who am I to stop Musharraf from visiting the dargah. It is said that nobody can visit the place without a call from the Sufi saint),” Singh said. Bureau Report
