Your feet are the most grounded (read: lowest) parts of your body and this is probably the reason why many don't give them a second thought, unless you have to get a pedicure of course!
However, foot health is as important as any part of your body, solely for the reason that you are totally dependent on them and they carry your around.
Feet take the maximum pressure. It may sound funny, but think about it! You make them go through the pain of high heels, run around in them, play sports, subject them to things like pollution, dust, grime, etc., they have to bear it all!
Your feet probably need all the attention they can get! For that, we bring out a few foot hacks for you for good, healthy feet!
1. For hurting feet: Most people have a shoe fetish. No S, M, L, XL or XXL business there, because foot size doesn't really matter, does it? But the pain of a shoe bite from a new shoe is something everyone likes to avoid. To do just that, the best thing to do is apply a deodorant all over the feet. This works like magic and lets the freshness last for up to a good 12 hours.
2. Smelly feet: Surely, no one wants people to stand 50 feet away from them when they're barefoot. To avoid that embarrassing situation and get rid of the repelling odor from your shoe, simply throw a teaspoonful of baking soda along with some talcum powder inside the shoe for a night and throw it out the next day. This will protect your feet from fungus and odor.
3. Pain from high heel strain: Getting ready for a night of partying, are we? Wearing your favourite pair of stilettos? Then you probably want to avoid a possible nerve damage. This may sound strange, but a medical tape wrapped around the third and fourth toe of your feet can reduce the strain on the nerve between these two toes to a considerable level, thereby preventing pain in the foot’s ball.
4. The squeaking game: So, you're walking around confidently when your shoes emit a mighty 'squeak'! Familiar with the embarrassing situation? But, it's not your feet making the sound. The noise is because of shoe parts rubbing against each other. In this case, bring out the baby powder and sprinkle some of it under the inner sole of the shoe.
