New Delhi: Fed up with the daily struggle, starting from race to reach office on time, meetings, targets and presentations, we often end up cribbing about the profession we are into. But there are also such people who are into such professions and jobs which we don't even want to talk, forget about doing them.
One of such job is sewer cleaning in the country's metro cities. We often see sanitation workers entering the blocked manholes and clearing them with their bare hands.
Despite several tragedies, where sanitation workers lost their lives after entering these manholes, the sanitation bodies are yet to provide basic safety equipment like gloves and masks.
