Ramdev, whose Patanjali group has also diversified into a range of ayurvedic products, said that the multinational companies were fooling the customers by making false promises.

"I searched all over the world but could not find even a single girl whose complexion turned from darker to fairer by applying fairness beauty cream," the yoga guru said.

"These are the high-end cameras that takes dark scene of a beautiful girl and by editing the scene same girl is posed in her real face," Ramdev said, adding that these girls were beautiful by birth.

Interestingly, Patanjali group also sells a beauty cream product.

Ramdev was speaking at an event at Sanyas Ashram in Mumbai.

Taking a potshot at those "having a grudge" on his company's high growth propositions and attaining bigger brand positioning, he said, "Those, having devil's approach always think about how a single man is flourishing so fervently. I invite them to work as hard and with the commitment, that I do 19 hours per day."

Ramdev also said that all the profit earned through Patanjali brand products would go for charity and in the service of the nation.

"The wealth of the nation and money should remain in country only, and Patanjali is working for the same motto. It would prevent country's wealth draining to the overseas and utilise all its profit earned into the charity works and service of the nation," he said.
