New Delhi: In wake of approaching strike called by central trade unions on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed plans of the government to counter the stir. The forthcoming strike is expected to bring to standstill work in public sector companies and banks across the country.

The government has planned to implement the already accepted demands of the unions as soon as possible in order to get the unions to call off the proposed strike.

Also, the government is leaving no stone unturned in order to assure trade unions that their demands are being considered.
