New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee and Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari on Monday extended greetings to the people of the country on the eve of Vishu, Rongali Bihu, Vaiskhi, Puthandu Pirappu and Naba Barsha which are being celebrated on April 14-15, 2015.
