"Let the investigation be complete. Who is responsible can only be found out after investigation is complete, I can assure that a fair inquiry will be conducted," said Rajnath.

Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi had earlier met the Home Minister over the matter and submitted a report on the incident.

The issue of the farmer`s suicide also rocked Parliament today after the matter was raised by Trinamool Congress members and supported by other opposition parties including Samajwadi Party, Left and Congress party.

The incident has led to criticism for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, with opposition parties condemning that his rally went on despite the grave incident.

Kejriwal and his party, however, blamed the Delhi police for inaction.
