The incident dates back to 2011, when Haqqul Khan, a farmer, was fed up by the demands for bribe by the babus and decided to teach them a lesson.

Khan, also a snake charmer, with the help of his friend emptied three bags filled with poisonous snakes, including the deadly cobras inside the office.

According to ANI, Haqqul had requested the local administration to provide land to preserve them. However, the administration didn't pay any heed to his request. So, Haqqul adopted this novel method of protest and dumped the snakes in the Tehsil office.

Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the incident, as forest officials were called and the reptiles were caught on time.
