Massive fire breaks out in Naman Midtown towers in Mumbai, no casualties
A massive fire that broke out on the seveth floor of a multi-storey under construction building called Naman Midtown, in Parel area here on Saturday has been doused.

Mumbai: A massive fire that broke out on the seveth floor of a multi-storey under construction building called Naman Midtown, in Parel area here on Saturday has been doused.
As per reports, the fire broke out at around 5.20 pm today.
Six fire engines were rushed to the spot to douse the flames, officials said. There are several complexes near the building including Elphinstone station. The residential area around Naman Midtown is said to be a congested place thereby increasing the chances of fire spreading in the area.
The fifteen floors building have some offices on the ground floor, reports said.
While the operation to evacuate the building was going on, eight people were reportedly trapped inside the building.
However, the BMC Disaster Management Cell officials confirmed that no one was dead or injured during this blaze.
Reportedly, the fire affected only the top floors of the building. The nearby police station officer stated that the situation had been immediately brought under control.
The actual cause of fire is not yet known.
