Spotted by The Verge, the document is linked to in a seemingly unrelated tweet that reads, "Special delivery: 15 new Gmail themes to make your inbox more awesome → goo.gl/1cGrWd."

Clicking on the link leads to a 14-page document that begins with the message "Confidential: Do Not Share Outside of Google."

It goes on to lay out the mission of the fictional Project Flux, including the statement, "Teleportation is only an incremental solution to make the world universally explorable. Flux...is designed to be a 10x solution."

Drawings for 7 "prototype capsules" follow, as does a mention of plans to hold "88 public test flights by mid-2016."
