2-year-old leopardess found dead

Dehradun: Body of a leopardess has been found in Mikhilakhalpatta area at Bageshwar district, forest department sources said Sunday.

The body was found by the forest workers while they were on scheduled round-ups, they said.

There are no signs of any injury on the animal's body. And at the first look, cold weather seems to be the reason behind the death, they said.

Although the exact reason can only be determined after the post-mortem of the body, they added.
