Addressing party workers at the Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park in Dadar on Thursday, Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray slammed BJP and raked up the Ram Mandir issue, he said, "BJP promises to build a Ram Temple but never gives a date."
