The body of a victim was found on Sunday evening from the site in Shanyang county. The victim`s identity was being investigated, Xinhua news agency reported.

The landslide hit the dormitory of a mining company and three houses on August 12. Ten people escaped and four others were dug out by rescuers and taken to hospital. The missing included villagers, mine and construction workers.

Rescuers said the huge volume of mud and rubble, combined with the risk of a second landslide, hindered the search.
