New Delhi: The Islamic State in its manifesto has stated that Paris attack mastermind Abdelhamid Abaaoud did not use phones or e-mail to carry out the plot.

According to a report published in The Indian Express,"Fugitive Paris attack mastermind Abdelhamid Abaaoud did not use phones or e-mail to communicate with other members of the cell, which carried out the plot."


The claim was made in the Islamic State's manifesto - The Black Flags. It was released online on some jihadist platforms.


Abdelhamid Abaaoud was suspected of having organised multiple terror attacks. He is known as the mastermind of November 2015 Paris attacks that left nearly 130 dead.


The alleged mastermind of one of the worst terrorist attacks in Paris, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, was killed in anti-terror raids taken place in Paris suburb of Saint-Denis.
