Vivid Entertainment co-founder Steven Hirsch told her that she can benefit from the beauty pageant's announcement gaffe.

"Celebrity sex tapes we have distributed have enhanced the careers of stars such as Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, Pamela Anderson, and many others," he said in a letter to the Miss Universe first runner-up.

Host Steve Harvey mistakenly crowned Gutierrez the Miss Universe when in fact the title belonged to Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach.

She was wearing the crown for about two minutes, only for them to be taken away from her, gmanetwork.com reported.

Hirsch tried to convince Gutierrez further by mentioning Vanessa Williams, who won the Miss America title in 1984, gained fame when men's magazine Penthouse published unauthorized nude photos of her several weeks before her reign ended. Williams was forced to give up her crown.

"Today Vanessa is an accomplished actress, singer, and author. She has even admitted that the incident with Penthouse helped rather than hurt her career," he added.

For $1 million, Hirsch said that Gutierrez can pick her own partners, the type of sex she wants, and the number of movies she will make.

The Vivid Entertainment co-founder added another promise to his "serious offer."

"We will commission the making of the first Vivid Girl crown for you and we believe it will be grander than anything Miss Philippines will ever wear," he wrote.

"We can assure you that taking us up on our offer will more than make up for any fame and fortune you might get as Miss Universe. I can promise you that you will be definitely be remembered," he added.

Gutierrez is yet to reply to Vivid's offer.
