Shocking Video - Moscow woman holding child`s severed head says she is a terrorist, screams `Allahu Akbar`
She was on her knees praying before police swooped and arrested.
Moscow: A Burka-clad woman was arrested in Russia after she walked the streets of Moscow with the severed head of a four-year-old disabled girl in her care.
Uzbek national Gyulchehra Bobokulova, 38, paraded through the streets with the head of the dead while shouting "Allahu Akbar" and ''I am a terrorist''.
'You have become so hardened, you have eliminated so many of us. Look I am a suicide bomber, I will die, doomsday will come in a second.'
At one point in the video the monster nanny is seen raising the child's head in the air while holding her index finger aloft – apparently to depict Islamic devotion.
Reports added that she was on her knees praying before police swooped and arrested.
The victim Anastasia's body was later discovered inside her cot.
The parents of the victim, as per Daily Mail, have told police that Bobokulova was working for them since the past 18 months.
