A woman has been arrested in Noida for allegedly killing her father with the help of her boyfriend. While the police have arrested the girl, her boyfriend has been absconding.

According to reports, the deceased, Vishwanath Sahu, got up from sleep at 4 am on Sunday and found his daughter with her boyfriend in a compromising position.


The incident led to a scuffle between Sahu and his daughter. The boyfriend of the daughter also joined the fight, following which Sahu suffered serious injuries.


He was rushed to a hospital in Noida in a critical condition. As his condition deteriorated further, Sahu was referred to a hospital in Delhi, where he succumbed to his injuries.


The wife of the deceased, Gayatri Sahu, registered an FIR against her daughter – Pooja – and her boyfriend – Dharmendra – in sector 20 police station of Noida.
