Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, Om Prakash, admitted the defamation suit by Ramashray Prasad Yadav yesterday, and posted it for hearing on December 14.

Yadav, who was the BPSC Chairman from 1991 to 1997, has alleged that Modi tarnished his image a few months ago by claiming that he was offered the post by the then chief minister Lalu Prasad in exchange for a plot of land worth crores of rupees.
