Adnan Sami, Omar Abdullah lock horns on Twitter over `houseful` Srinagar concert
Adnan performed for free at the concert, jointly organized by the Union Home Ministry and the Jammu and Kashmir government, and held at the lawns of Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre on the banks of the Dal Lake.
New Delhi: Famous musician and singer Adnan Sami on Saturday enthralled his audience with some of his well-known songs, including those requested by youth in attendance, at the Rhythm in Paradise concert in Srinagar. But, it is being said that a lot of seats were left empty at the venue during his performance. As a proof of the same, former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah retweeted some pictures.
Refuting the claims hinted by the 47-year-old politicians, Adnan then took to the microblogging website to set the facts straight. Adnan also posted some exciting photographs online. In the pics, the venue can be seen jam-packed with the viewers.
