New Delhi: In the form of an adorable doodle, Google on Sunday celebrated the 81st birthday of legendary Indian actress Nutan. On the homepage of the search engine, animated faces with different expressions of the yesteryear star are visible to its users.

Till date, Nutan is considered to be one of the most iconic performers of Indian cinema. Interestingly, she worked in more than 70 movies and some of her on-screen characters are still remembered by cinema lovers of all age groups.


'Seema', 'Sujata', 'Bandini', 'Milan', 'Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki', 'Anari', 'Chhalia', 'Tere Ghar Ke Saamne', 'Saraswatichandra ', 'Anuraag' and 'Saudagar' are considered to be some of her finest performances. 



At the age of 54, Nutan died of cancer. Her son Mohnish Bahl is now taking her legacy forward in the showbiz arena.
