Outstanding roles played by Nawaz:
Badlapur
Nawazuddin Siddiqui played the role of Liak Mohammed Tungrekar, who with another partner Harman (Vinay Pathak) rob a bank. He steals the show as the ruthless criminal and takes all the focus onto himself. His portrayal of Liak gave life to the character.
The Lunchbox
The Irrfan Khan starer 'The Lunchbox' would have been incomplete without Nawaz's honest portrayal of 'Shaikh'. The new employ who later established a beautiful friendship with Irrfan's on-screen character and conquered all hearts.
Gangs of Wassepur- part 1 & 2
'Faizal Khan' became an iconic character in the history of Hindi cinema, all thanks the brilliance bought by Nawaz on-screen. The character stayed with the audience because of the quirky dialogues and unavoidable persona.
Talaash: The answer lies within
'Taimur' was one of those characters that could only be justified if played by actors like Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The 'pimp' role was truly done with utmost brilliance and perfection.
