According to a report in BollywoodLife.com originally published in Mumbai Mirror, the Dabangg actor met a few BMC officials last week. Salman discussed about the problem of open defecation near Bandstand, where the actor is currently residing.

Reportedly, Salman will donate five mobile toilets through his charitable trust, Being Human. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor hasn’t made any official announcement yet.

However, Assistant Municipal Commissioner Kiran Dighavkar confirmed the actor’s involvement, he said, “His presence will enhance the campaign’s reach. We have not chalked out the exact details of the campaign yet. However, we will place mobile toilets at all chronic open defecation spots, including the ones in Bandra”, as quoted in BollywoodLife.com.

Considering the number of lives Being Human Foundation has touched, Salman’s step towards spreading awareness on anti-open defecation campaign by becoming its ambassador is sure to bring some major change in the city.
